The Journal of Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare & Life Sciences (JAIHL) invites original, high-quality scholarly submissions that advance the application, methodology, and ethical deployment of artificial intelligence across healthcare, medicine, and life science domains.

The journal publishes peer-reviewed research that bridges computational innovation with clinical, biomedical, and translational relevance.

Scope of the Journal

JAIHL welcomes submissions across, but not limited to, the following areas:

Submission Guidelines

Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts in accordance with the journal’s Author Guidelines, available on the journal website. Submissions that do not comply with the prescribed format and ethical requirements may be returned prior to peer review.

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system.

Registration and Submission Process

  • Authors must register using a valid email address to access the submission system.

  • Email registration ensures secure communication, submission tracking, and editorial correspondence.

  • During registration, authors may also indicate their interest in participating in the peer review process as reviewers, subject to editorial assessment and expertise alignment.

Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a rigorous peer review process conducted by subject experts. The journal follows standard scholarly peer review practices to ensure academic integrity, methodological soundness, and relevance.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

The journal operates under a transparent Article Processing Charge (APC) model to support editorial management, peer review, production, and long-term digital archiving.

  • APC details, waiver policies, and applicable charges are clearly described on the APC / Fees page.

  • No fees are charged at the time of submission.

  • APCs are applicable only after manuscript acceptance.

Important Notes

  • Authors must ensure adherence to publication ethics and plagiarism policies.

  • Any use of AI-assisted tools in manuscript preparation must be appropriately disclosed, as per the Author Guidelines.

  • Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.
